The Gender Equality Index is based on four indicators:
- The gender pay gap between women and men;
- The difference in the distribution of individual salary increases;
- The number of female employees receiving a salary increase upon returning from maternity leave;
- Gender representation among the ten highest-paid employees.
For the 2025 reporting year, AIRPLANE DELIVERY’s overall Gender Equality Index cannot be calculated, in accordance with the methodology used to assess the gender pay gap. In addition, no female employee returned from maternity leave during 2025.
The indicators that could be calculated for the reporting period are as follows:
- Difference in the rate of salary increases between women and men: 15/35
- Number of employees of the underrepresented gender among the ten highest-paid employees: 0/10
Our business operates within the aeronautical maintenance industry, a sector that continues to face a low representation of women and limited gender diversity in certain occupations.
Nevertheless, these factors are neither a justification nor a limitation to our commitment. On the contrary, these results reinforce our determination to continue making progress.
The AIRPLANE Group remains committed to promoting equal opportunities, preventing any form of gender-based discrimination, and fostering a more balanced representation of women and men at every level of the organization.
We are fully committed to a process of continuous improvement and to implementing concrete, long-term actions that promote professional gender equality, in line with our values and for the benefit of all our employees.
